Upgrading Device Firmware Using The Manager Application

SINREY's network audio broadcast intercom equipment uses an ARM processor architecture with a speed of up to 400MHz and a professional two-way audio Codec. Through the network interface, our network audio equipment can be upgraded through the dedicated Manager software, and functional errors can also be repaired.

This article will explain in detail how to upgrade the firmware of network audio devices through the Manager software.

1.PC with Manager software installed to the same LAN, start the PC and our network audio device.

2.Run the Manager software, execute the shortcut menu "Refresh", search for network devices in the same subnet in the LAN, and display the searched network devices in the main window.

3.Right-click the device and select “ Upgrade ” or select “ Upgrade ” in the function bar to upgrade the device firmware remotely.

4.In the pop-up interface, select to import the corresponding upgrade file (xxxx_xxxx_xx.bin), click Start , then enter the password (default 1234 or leave it blank), and finally click OK to complete the firmware upgrade.
